Combine Position.ID with Label

Hi. Can anyone guide me on how to combine a positions label with the allocated ID. Is it even possible? If not what I'm trying to do is track multiple positions with the same label, but I need to modify each one independently of each other so if one cannot combine the ID with the Label how can i effectively track a position with a combination of the label and Position.ID?
