How to *2 Lots new position when position current -30pip

I can't to code *2 lots  when current position -30 pips.

Example 
First open buy position 0.01 lots ,  If  position -30 pips open buy position 0.02 lots , If buy position second - 30pips  open buy position 0.04 lots If buy position third - 30pips  open buy position 0.08 lots  and take profit when net profit of buy 4 position >  2$
