Hi there,
I'm now unable to add Alerts. An error message indicates it's not connecting to server. Also, I notice that my custom indicators are not working as flawless. At times they're not loading when switching time frames or not loading at all. Have been using them for several months now without issues until I installed this latest upgrade of cTrader. Help.

Indicators not showing up with this version
I am having problems with indicators not showing up with this version: When I open the desktop app, the indicators are displayed normally, then when I switch to a different timeframe or switch to a different species, the indicators are often not displayed.

BACK TEST PROBLEMS AND OPTIMIZATIONS
In the Algo section after a while that I do backtest, I lose the connection, I tried both with Icmarket and with TopFx and I always have the same problem.

I uninstalled the updated version and reinstalled cTrader directly from my broker as recommended and yet the problems persist. It's very frustrating.

cTrader 5.0.40 Desktop Issues
Since Saturday 2 November the cTrader desktop v5.0.40 has been unstable. Some trades over the weekend could not be closed and showed as POSITION_LOCKED; WorkSpaces are not saving as the button is inactive; cannot download statements as the button is inactive; indicator/drawings and changes disappear when the cTrader desktop is closed.
These issues are being echoed on the Telegram group, https://t.me/cTrader_Official, but there is no communication from cTrader on what the issue is or when it is expected to be resolved. Where do your customers see the status of your platform or if these issues are being addressed?

The issue is very frustrating and affects many people. Many users are already beginning to rewrite their strategies and indicators for MQL5. It seems that after around 10-15 minutes, something happens with the API or the communication with the server. The synchronization shows a reconnecting message, and only a restart helps. Restarting cTrader every 15 minutes is not a solution.

Good morning, after a few minutes that I activate the ctrader platform in windows 11 it no longer allows me to save the configuration and no longer refreshes the page. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but the problem remains. What should I do? Thanks
This problem should have been resolved by now. Please restart your cTrader and in case you still experience problems, please send us some troubleshooting information quoting this thread.
The issue is not fixed, my cTrader is connected, but after an hour indicators disappear from the chart and even if I add manually they are not showing up.
Very disappointed with cTrader and how is handled.
Trading is very hard by it self and now you I to worry about the platform that does not work correctly.
