cTrader Desktop Connection Problems

Dear traders,

We have received lately a lot of reports regarding problems in connecting and singing into cTrader Desktop application. After investigating the reports, the issue seems to have been caused by a recent Windows update. In order to resolve the problem, you need to download the file found [here] and follow the steps below.

1. Double click on the file

2. In the pop up that will appear, click Run

3. In the next one, click Yes.

4. In the last one, click Ok.
