Hello,

The wrong currency pair is loading when I want to optimize or backtest NZD/USD. The cTrader 4.6.2 loads EUR/NZD.

Hello

The Indicator titles are visible on the chart every time I start cTrader. I saved new templates without Indicator titles so when I load a saved template on fresh, the indicator titles are not there - but every time I start cTrader they are on the chart. Very annoying, because I have 5 windows open and on each window my urgent indicators and different TF and every time I have to click with the right mouse button and unselect the Indicator Titles from the Viewing Options - or load my saved templates again, but this takes even more time.

Yes, I did press F1 and reported the issue..

I just want to say it's funny how the cBot can make 1300% profit a Month on M1 timeframe on backtestesting settings on M1 bars from Server

It can even make 700% profit a month on the 5 minute chart. (backtested on M1 bars from server)

or it can make 400% profit on the 15 minute chart. (backtested on M1 bars from server)

But when you backtest it on Tick Data from Server (accurate) the bot will not make profit..

I hope there is someone willing to look into the code for free and fix it - If there is any mistake there... to change the OnTick or OnBar, or the pip value.. These lines. or whatever it might be. If the bot makes good profit on H1  backtested on M1 bars from server, it should work on tick data from server too - I think.

Hello

Some cBots use costum indicators.

For example if the cBot is coded to work with stock rsi indicator  or Fibonacci bands indicator or some indicator that does not come with ctrader already basic build in indicators - Do I have to download and install these Indicators for the cBot to even work property?

* I would like to know if my cBot will make profit or not when trading live.

The problem is I do not understand the different results when backtesting my cBot on Tick Data or M bars. (I guess it has something to do with the spread on every candle. I do not know more)

Example (testing cBot on the 5 minute chart):

cBot Backtesting settings result on M5 bars from Server (open prices) / Profit 55%

cBot Backtesting settings result on M1 bars from Server (open prices) / Profit 7%

cBot Backtesting settings result on Tick data from Server (accurate) / Profit -12%

So will this cBot with the parameters I've set  make profit if I apply it on my live account and let it trade or not?

Also, I would like to know what settings should I chose for backtesting; M1 bars, Mx bars or Tick data?

I know this must me something you know. A very basic question. Please be kind and give me an advice.  Thank you very much.

When a cBot  Robot requires unlimited access rights - Does this mean that the data will be sent to the developer of the cBot? 

Are there any data going to the third parties or the maker of the cBot?

I have rad on your website:

Sorry for asking you such a question, but I need to know how safe it is and if the developer/the creator of the trading bot, cBot can read data from my cTrader or how the cBot is being used or how it performs..

Please answer and advice.

How do I search in cTrader.com for a specific indicator?

Until now I had to look back for every page to find it. Page 1, page 2, page 3, ..  page 100. And there are many many pages. Do I have to go through all 101 of them to find one indicator I remembered I want to install it?

If I try to find it in search box It opens google search.

Hello

I can't choose another trading account in cTrader WEB.

I have multiple live and demo trading accounts

I am logged in in my ctrader id..

I'm using Microsoft Edge. Windows 10 pro.

(I tried to open it in my smart phone in Crome browser and it works, I can change between my accounts. I can't select nor change on my computer on Edge browser)

Broker IC Markets.

The IC markets support team already deleted 2 demo accounts - the moment they delete one - automatically another one gets created. It's annoying. Since I already have a demo account  'raw trading' . I can't delete for good these Ic Markets demo account that appear out of nowhere.

I just did exactly as you told me to.

(I know the chart refreshes for new candles. If my chart is on H1, it refreshes every hour. I'm not talking about this. This is normal to refresh for new candles on chart.. But my chart refreshes too often.)

I just want to point out that it is really hard to to trade on cTrader. I can't even make a technical analysis - to draw some lines, because cTrader desktop and cTrader Web refreshes every 15 seconds. If lucky once a minute. When it refreshes it messes up my chart or when I just want to draw a trend line it refreshes, and I have to do it all again.

This is happening in ctTrader desktop 4.1 and in MIcrosoft Edge cTrader Web. In Ic Markets and in TopFX broker cTrader. 

My Internet connection is good.

I just want to say, that after the last update, the ctrader desktop refreshes a lot. 

Sometimes even every 5 minutes.

I don't like this. I set my chart like I want it too (Stretch the h4 candles to be longer for better view.. for example) and then the chart refreshes all the sudden and messes up/resets my chart. 

My internet connection is not interrupted yet the ctrader refreshes. And my internet connection is quite good.

I hope this constant ctrader desktop refreshing will be fixed.

Hello, 

I sent you 4 emails on support@ctrader.com , but you just keep keep sending me the same responses that I should contact my broker.

DELETE THE DEMO ACCOUNT BY SPOTWARE :  3326068

I do not want to see it anywhere. I do not want to see it in cTrader !! 

It is very confusing !

It is an account made by Spotware and not my Broker !!

It was somehow created when I confirmed my cTrader ID and I was on Ctrader web 4.0 version by mistake !

I also see it now in my cTrader. It is very disturbing and confusing to have this account and see it. 

I don't know where else to go or to turn to !!

My Broker has nothing to do with this Spotware account
